The studio has been in transition. A full year of upheaval and changes as we packed all our belongings and the studio to Monmouth, Oregon. The Willamette Valley has so much incredible beauty to offer. It is an area of rolling hills, expansive landscapes that so many of us spend a lifetime searching for.

My studio is currently in the process of being built. My husband is putting it all together with enough room to house both my etching press and the dying/weaving and fiber art area that I could once only wish for. I am grateful for his knowledge, talent and the patience it has taken to get us to this point.

Join me in this wonderful journey, it is always a bit of a wild ride!

I am currently exploring the use of natural dye to produce textures and drawings directly on African mud cloth as my canvas. These techniques build impressions that are often complex and interesting. I am open to the discover new possibilities to create unique works of art.
